The questionnaire is to be distributed to each participant of the partnership, including the coordinator. It evaluate the synergy, leadership, efficiency, administration and management, non-financial and financial resources, decision-making, and the benefits and drawbacks of each one's participation. A partnership Tool Report is thereafter available to analyze everyone results together.
