This short protocol help communities who use telehealth to verify their level of preparedness in using the technologies and communications tools to provide health services. This 14 questions online survey is specifically designated to measure the level of preparedness of hospitals' emergency departments in case of casualties due to a biological or chemical event from a policy perspective. For each given answer, you get access to some experts recommendations and links in case more information is wanted. At the end of the questionnaire, you get a report with all your answers and expert advices, with a percentage of preparedness appearing at bottom of report.
