Initially drafted for the Croatia's Non-Governmental Sector (CroNGO), this offline questionnaire will be usefull to all NGOs who wish to self-assess their capacity in the following areas: human resources, governance, constituence, monitoring and evalution processes, and planning. For each area, determined open-ended questions are to discuss in group, with the help of a facilitator.
